While we apply industry best practices and commit to delivering quality work, we do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes.

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated:
Growth Digital offers flexible month-to-month arrangements with no long-term lock-in contracts unless otherwise specified in writing. Either party may terminate a monthly service agreement with 30 days' written notice. You remain responsible for payment for services rendered through the termination date.
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom content created specifically for your project (e.g., blog posts, product descriptions). Growth Digital retains ownership of our proprietary methodologies, tools, templates, and internal processes. We may showcase anonymized results and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.
We conduct manual, white-hat outreach and link building in accordance with search engine guidelines. While we strive for permanent placements, we cannot control third-party websites that may remove or modify links over time. We do not use PBNs, link farms, or other spam tactics.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growth Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Growth Digital, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your website content, or your violation of these terms or applicable laws.
